| Roundtable Discussion with the Millennium Challenge Corporation |
In May 2009, the Hills Program convened a roundtable discussion with a select group of business leaders and former officials for the purpose of giving feedback on a proposal for a grant of $150 million to the Ombudsman’s Office, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and the Bureau of Customs. The 2 ½ hour event was held at the Dusit Thani Hotel. At the request of MCC, the Hills Program also arranged one-on-one meetings between MCC representatives and other key stakeholders.
